Tafsir Qur\\\\\\\'an 12

As for the animals that the hounds hunt; if they are caught alive, they have to be slaughtered according to the religious instructions. If

the prey is died before the hunter receives it, it is still lawful and can be served.

In another word; if the hunting animals have been trained only to hunt for their master, and not for their own appetite, or out of their hunger; then their prey dead or alive, is lawful for the master or any body else. But if the hunting animals eat half of the prey; and leave the

other half for their master, the prey turns unlawful and should not be eaten.

Commentary(Nimunih), Vol2, Page: 49

We also have to pronounce the name of Allah, when we send the hunting animals to chase the prey.

In order to observe all the above instructions, at the ending of the verse says: - -" And beware of Allah, that Allah is swift at the reckoning."

[ Surah( 5 ): Ayah 5 ]

Salat(Prayer) 16

Salat 16 :

Rak'ah 3

We then stand up to perform the third rak'ah of the salat . To do so, we recite "Suratul-Hamd" , or instead say :  سبحان الله والحمد لله و لا اله الا الله و الله اکبر .

Subhana-Llahi wal-hamdu li-Llahi wa la ilaha illa-Llahu wa-Llahu Akbar." ( Allah is Transcendent and devoid of any imperfection; all praise is due to Allah ; there is no god but Allah ; and Allah is the Greatest )

After this we perform ruku' and then stand upright . We then perform sujud , and then raise the head and sit still. After this we again perform the second sujud, and then stand up to perform the fourth rak'ah . Here we once recite ' Suratul-Hamd', or instead say : سبحان الله والحمد لله و لا اله الا الله اکبر .

Subhana-Llahi wal-Hamdu li-Llahi wa la iillaha illa-Llahu wa- Llahu Akbar ."

SUNAN AN-NABI 12

Sunan an-nabi 12 :

I asked him about the conduct of the Noble prophet outside the home-how was it? He replied: The prophet of Allah would remain silent exept when it was necessary for him to speak, and he was affable with the people and would not alienate them. He would honor the honorable of every community and give them charge of their affairs . He was careful with the people and cautious not to be impolite or turn away from them, frowning . He sought to know about the condition of his companions and would ask the people about the condition of others ( like their relatives or neighbors) He used to admire the good deed and encourage it while censuring the evil action and siscouraging it. He was unwaveringly moderate in his affairs. He was never unmindful ( toward the people ) out of fear of their becoming negligent and deviating ( from the right path ) . He would never fall short of the truth and would  never overstep it . Those who were near hom were from the best of people . The best from among them , in his view, was the one who gave more advice and guidance to the Muslims and the ones who were of greater status in his eyes were those who were more caring and helpful to them

A new begining of Heart &Soul 14

Anew beginning of Heart & Soul 14 :

Secrets of Hajj

Even if the mystery and secret of Hajj are far more than what can be provided in a statement, but among all those secrets, any person who has an eye for understanding the mysteries will recognize three prominent characteristics of Hajj in the first look; first of all Hajj is the only duty where the almighty calls every Muslim; each one of them who have the ability to come, from all over the globe; from the private environment of their homes and their houses of worship, to one place and in appointed days; he then bonds them toghether in various efforts and movements and stillness and standing and sitting positions; ''Then hurry from the place whence the other people have hurried, and ask for Allah's forgiveness, verily Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.''secondly, the almighty introduces the act of reciting  God's name as the most superior objective in the same mass and public activity; or in other words a sincere and sensual act : '' and celebrate the name of Allah , through the Days appointed, over the cattle which He has provided for them(for sacrifice) : then eat ye thereof and feed the distressed ones in want.

ISLAMIC LAWS 12

Islamic Laws 12 :

A spring which does not run or flow, but replaces water every time water is drawn from it , will not be treated as running water . That means if najasat reaches it, and if it is less than Kurr, it will become najis.

If water at the bank of a canal s stationary, but is connected with running water, it will not be considered as running water.

If a spring is active in winter, but remains dormant in summer, if will be treated as running water only when it is active.

If the water in a pool or tank of a publik bath (Hammam) is less than a Kurr , but is connected with a store of water which when added to it becomes equal to a Kurr, it does not become najis by meeting najasat if its smell , colour , or raste does not change

If water from the pipes fitted in bathrooms and buildings, pourring through taps and showers, is connected to a tank holding water equal to a Kurr, it will be treated as Kurr water

Seremon 110

About the Holy qur'an and Sunnah

Go ahead with the remembrance of Allah for it is the best  remembrance , and long for that which He has promised to the pious, for His promise is the most true promise. Tread the course of the Prophet for it is the most distinguished course. Follow the sunnah of the Prophet for it is the most right of all behaviours. Learn the Qur'an for it is the fairest of dicourses and understand it thoroughly for it is the best blossoming of hearts. Seek cure with its light for it is the cure for hearts. Recite it beautifully for it is the most beautifulnarration. Certainly , a scholar who acts not according to his knowledge is like the off-headed ignorant who does not find relief from his ignorance; but on the learned the plea of Allah is greater and grief more incombent, and he is more blameworthly before Allah.

Sermon 110

about Islam

The best mean by which seekers of nearness to Allah , the Glorified, the Exalted , seek nearness, is the belief in Him and His Prophet , fighting in His cause , for it is the high pinnacle of Islam, and ( to believe) in the -kalimatu'l 'ikhlas- ( the expression of Divine purification) for it is just nature and the establishment of prayer for it is (the basis of ) community, payment of - zakat - (Islam tax) for it is a compulsory obligation, fasting for the month of Ramadan for it is the shield against chastisement, the performance of hajj of the House of Allah ( i. e . Kabah ) and its -umrah- (other than annual visit) for these two acts banish poverty and wash away sins, regard for these kinship for it increases wealth and length of life, to giving alms secretly for it covers shortcomings, givingalms openly for it protects against a bad death and extending benefits ( to people) for it save from positions of disgrace

Arafa Dua 6

خ In addition to this, O my God, I pronounce the profession of faith in my every activity and effort, and in that which I do wholeheartedly in the matter of my obedience )unto Thee( and in my ease and comfort. I, faithful and believing, say:
خ Praise be to Allah who has not taken unto Himself a son, sothat he may inherit,
خ who has no partner in His sovereignty, so that he may interfere with or hinder in that which is originated,
خ nor has He any protecting friend through dependence, so that he may lend a helping hand in that which is created; therefore, glory be to Him. Glory be to Him, because had there been "gods", save Allah, they would have stirred up mischief and gone crazy, divided and ruined.
خ Glory be to Allah, the One and Only, the eternally besought of all! He begets not, nor was begotten. And there is none comparable unto Him.
خ Praise be to Allah. Praise )which is( equal in weight, measure and value to the praise celebrated by His favourite angels and the commissioned Prophets.
خ Blessings of Allah be on His "the best individual", Muhammad, the last Prophet, and on his pure, purified and sincere children; and also peace be on them.
خ O Allah make me stand in awe of Thy reverence as if )it has been(witnessed, let me find happiness in the awareness of Thy boundaries, do not throw me into anarchy, subversion of Thy plan, I want the )best( good for me in Thy decisions,
خ and advantages in abundance in that which Thou prepare and make ready for me, upto a condition that I do not )choose( bid to bring quickly that which Thou arrests temporarily to come at the end, and do not put off, after all others, that which Thou sets in motion in advance.

Tafsir Qur\\\'an 11

Surah( 5 ): Ayah 4 ]

4 - - THEY ASK YOU WHAT IS LAWFUL TO THEM? SAY: ALL CLEAN GOOD THINGS ARE LAWFUL TO YOU. AND ALSO THAT

WHICH YOU HAVE TAUGHT THE HUNTING ANIMALS, LIKE HOUNDS; TRAINING THEM OF WHAT ALLAH HAS TAUGHT YOU.

SO EAT OF THAT( PREY )WHICH THEY SEIZE FOR YOU AND PRONOUNCE THE NAME OF ALLAH UPON IT,( WHEN YOU SEND THE HUNTING ANIMAL TO CATCH THE PREY )AND BE WARE OF ALLAH, THAT ALLAH IS SWIFT AT THE RECKONING.

Commentary(Nimunih), Vol2, Page: 48

THE COMMENTARY

AUSE OF THE REVELATION( VERSE NO. 4 )

ZAID- IBN- ALKHAIR and ODAY- IBN- HATAM said to the prophet: - -" We are a group of hunters that hunt by hounds and hawks that we have trained for that purpose. Our hounds catch the prey for us, and we get some of them alive-

which we slaughter them ritually, but some of the preys are killed by our hunting animals before we reach them; and so we receive them deeds, while we know that eating dead meat has been prohibited by Allah. What, then, are we to do with such

dead preys?" This verse( No. 4 )was sent down to answer that question.

THE LAWFUL PREY The previous verse defined what was unlawful for food, and this verse( No. 4 )defines what is lawful for food- Anything that is good and

clear is lawful for food: - -" They ask you what is lawful to them? Say: - -" All clean good things are lawful to you."

This implies that whatever of foods that have been declared unlawful by Islam, are all unclean. A food which is good and clean, and

that has been created for the use of mankind will never be prohibited by Divine Law

SUNAN AN-NABI 11

Sunan an -nabi 11

It was from his practice, in the portion devoted to {meeting} the people , to give preference and respect to the people of distinction, and he would categorize them according to their excellence in religion. From among them were those with one need and those who had  tow needs and even those with many needs, so he occupied himself with themand engaged them with what was good for them. He would ask them about the community and inform them about what was necessary, saying; ' Those who are present from among you should inform those who are abset, and inform me about the need of one who is unable to inform me of his need. For surely the one who informs a person in authority of the need of the one who cannot express it, Allah will make his feet firm on the Day or Reckoning." Nothing other than this would be mentioned in his presence and he did not accept from anyone antthing other than this. People would come in seeking {knowledge and wisdom} and they would not disperse until they had received it and they would leave as guides { for others}

A new begining of Heart &Soul 13

A new beginning of Heart & Soul 13

If you desire his closeness, try to have virtuous intentions

There is a basic and fundamental individual subject; which in term of nature of works , has more priority over all other issues and needs and it goes like this; the deeds that we carry out , God willingly they must be carried out along with the intention of closeness and a desire of God's contentment. This is the foundation of the work. Every work is like this only , that if performed with a good and pure sentiment as well as divine intention; it is done in a much better manner , even the sheer of the wordly affairs. But the impact that the divine and spiritual nature and characteristics have are much more than the impacts that materialistic affairs have . HAJJ is also one of the examples of this kind of affairs and it mainly requires a pure intention and divine sentiment

ISLAMIC LAWS 11

Islamik Laws 11

Running Water

Running water is that water which springs forth from the earth and then flows, like the water of a spring or a canal. The flowing or running water, even if is less than Kurr, does not become najis upon cotact with any najasat , unless its smell, colour , or taste changes due to that najasat.

If najasat reaches the running water , only that part of the water will be najis whose smell, colour, or taste changes on account of it, and that end which is connected with the spring will be Pak even if it may be less than a Kurr. Similarly , the water on the other side of the canal will be Pak , if it is equal to a Kurr, or if it is connected with the water near the spring through unchanged water , if not , then it would be najis.

A spring which does not run or flow, but replaces water every time water is drawn from it, will not be treated as running water. That means if najasat reaches it, and if is less than Kurr, it will become najis

Salat 15 :

 Salatuz- Zuhr (Noon Prayer)

After wudu' and other preliminaries, with a clean heart , free from all dissimulation, affectation and pretence, we stand up facing the " qiblah" with the niyyah ( intention) for four rak'ahs and we say " Allahu Akbar" .

Rak ah 1.  we then recite " Suratul-Hamd" and follow it with another surah from the Holy Qur'an such as " At-Tawhid. we the perform ruku' after which we rise and stand upright. we then perform sujud, and then lift up the head and sit upright. We again perform sujud after which we sit at ease with folded knee (fig.5)

Rak' ah 2 .  We then get up and stand upright to perform the second rak ' ah of the salat.   Once again we recite  " Suratul-Hamd" and another surah from the Holy Qur'an or the same surah of " At-Tawhid".    We then perform Ruku'  after which we rise and stand upright . Having done so, we perform sujud.  We then sit at ease (Fig. 5) This is followed by performing the second sujud ( sajdah) after which we sit at ease and say
